Last week we had a special visitor, Zane's Aunt Cheryl. She is a certified yoga instructor, and we were so thankful she shared her gift with us!
The 4's Class was 1st :-)
She stated with a really cute song....
Next it was time to "move it, move it!"
We had fun running around the mats :-)
Next was cat and cow pose. We mooed and meowed as we moved between the poses.

"SSSSSSSSSSSSSSS" We practiced cobra pose together. 🐍
This is the "talking turtle" The kiddos thought this was pretty funny! 🐢
Next, we grabbed our foot and pretended it was a bow and arrow.
Pull it back, and shoot the arrow!
Ribbit Ribbit Ribbit! Frog jumps are a great workout!🐸
Next, we tried some bear crawling....🐻
Reach up high!!!
Reach down low to the ground....
Then we put our hands together and pretended it was an elephant trunk. We had fun running around the room "spraying" each other with water.🐘
Downward dog pose always feels so good!
This is "Medi Teddy" He helps us take deep breaths and shows us how to do some of the yoga poses.
She showed us her special breathing ball....
Breathe in and out with the ball.....
Roman was pretty excited to have a turn with the ball!
The friends did a good job passing the ball to each other :-)
We tried partner poses!
The kiddos needed lots of help figuring out which leg to stand on....
It's supposed to be a heart shape 💗
It was so cool to see the friends using some teamwork :-)
