I had some fun in the nursery on Monday with Bennett, Lucas and Amani :-) (The other friends were sleeping)
We practiced sitting up and finding our toes :-)

I like to start with star pose and a few deep breaths (It's a nice way to warm up)
When we moved into penguin waddling a few of the friends said that it was like Pee Wee Penguin from zoo phonics :-) What a great observation!
This is the sled pose. Chloe held her hands behind her back and said it was the seat belt. What a neat idea Chloe!
Ryan and a couple other friends like to put their hands on their backs during present pose so the present can have a bow. So creative!
Remington liked doing the reindeer pose :-)
Next we tried a few candy cane twists (this feels really good on your back)
After twisting like a candy cane we pretended our hands were snowflakes falling to the ground. I tried to emphasize how quiet snow is :-)
